Its been over a decade since i been able to eat one of these pizzas. You can find good topings all over the united states, but what you are going to have a hard time finding is dough that can beat Knollas. I worked here 12 years ago and ive worked at pizza resturants in 5 states from the north west to down south...no body beats knollas dough. Darinda you Rock! Keep up the good work. Thanks for a puzzatactular time at your place. Ps. Steve gave me a souvenir.....one of your sporks....

This was the most amazing pizza I have had in a long while. I ordered a large Chicago style Works pizza with double everything. This pizza was made just the way I wanted. A thick layer of toppings on a thin crunchy crust that supports the slice despite the size. The crust was a perfect blend of crunchy outer crust with a soft interior. Was this a 30 pizza? Yes. Was it worth it? Absolutely!! Will I buy it again? Definitely!

Fantastic food. I ordered DD to have it delivered the Calzone and Pepperoni pizza are amazing but the SHOWSTOPPER for me was the Tirmisu It has the right amount of espresso better than ones I've tried in Texas & NY. ...

Seriously the best pizza we've had in Wichita this far. We are from NY so our pizza standards are super high... and this place is up there. As you can tell by the pictures... we ate it up!! We ordered takeout - a half cheese and half pepperoni pizza, wings and meatballs. We have yet to find wings like back in Buffalo, NY but everything was good. Will definitely be frequenting Knolla's from here on out!!

This is hands down the best pizza place in Kansas. The crust is perfectly crunchy on the bottom, but soft on the top, which I have never had anywhere else for a thick crust pizza. The sauce is never to little or much, the cheeses are perfect, and it is overall way more filling than regular pizza. Just one of their largest pizzas filled three grown men for dinner who hadn't eaten in over 12 hours and were famished. The servers are amazing and the wait is minimal, I've never waited more than 20 minutes for a fresh pizza. The pizza is also really good still leftover, as everytime I come here I have plenty left for the next day. My family loves this place so much I have driven 2 hours to bring pizza home to them before and probably will end up doing the same again. I have taken friends here before and they were seriously surprised they had never heard of this place before with how amazing the service and food were. If you are in Wichita and hungry for pizza, go to Knolla's. It's the best.

Placed a medium size pickup order of 5 pizzas and a calzone and received our Coney Island, Alfredo, Taco, Buffalo Chicken, and Pepperoni New York style pizzas along with a Spinach and cheese calzone very nicely. We did order them somewhat special and they got most of the instructions correct. Asked for no lettuce on the Taco pizza but there was lettuce on it. We did ask for no celery on the buffalo chicken pizza and no mushrooms on the Alfredo pizza and those were correct. Didn't receive the Ranch dressing with the Buffalo Chicken pizza and the container with the taco sauce / salsa for the taco pizza was put in the box sideways so when they shut the box it cracked / opened the container so it was leaking on the edge of the pizza. The taco pizza came with a side of sour cream. The Buffalo Chicken pizza is good and I was confused about BBQ sauce as the base but it works. Not a typical buffalo chicken pizza like I find near home at Roosters which is the benchmark for Buffalo Chicken pizza. Be sure to get some Tiramisu, Salted Caramel Brownie, and / or other desserts too, delicious! We'll be ordering again. We spent about 10 per person.

I have had Knollas before and I don't know why this hasn't been my go-to for pizza, but it will be now. The woman at the counter was helpful and personable. I love the pizza with the sausage, green olives, and tomato chunks. It's an odd name but apparently it's the abbreviation for the endearing name the founder had for his sweet wife. One thing I have to bring attention to is that Knollas still puts a respectable amount of cheese on their pizzas. I feel like so many places have started skimping on it where you barely can taste it. Knollas has a great amount, delicious. All the kinds I've had have been flavorful with an amazing texture for the crust, plenty of cheese, plentiful toppings. This has got to be a top spot for pizza in Wichita. Please check them out. Locally founded and owned and great people.

Oh my gosh! Best pizza I ever had! Service was remarkable. Ordered thin crust and the crust itself was just the right flakiness. And tasted just as good heated up in the air fryer.
